Due to the nature of the clay we sell, shipping during the summer months must be done with caution. As a general rule, we typically will not ship clay after Tuesday, to help ensure it does not spend prolonged periods of time in transit. Customers who are located closer to our warehouse may have clay shipped after Tuesday, but you will be notified if that's the case. When ordering clay in the summer months, please monitor your email for any special communications from the QSI team regarding the shipment and delivery of your clay order.
We are happy to make special arrangements with customers if there is an urgent need for clay, but we advise everyone to plan ahead during the warm months! If you have any questions please call the office at (248) 352-0110 or send an email to our team!
